Shipping Policy

1. Courier Service

All orders are shipped via Fan Courier (for domestic Romania) or international couriers such as DHL, GLS, or others, depending on your location.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+2) on business days are processed and handed to the courier on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Romania: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

  • International: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) deliveries may take longer.

4. Exceptions

  • Processing and delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).

  • We will notify you of any major delays.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may have longer transit times.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment via the courier’s platform.

6. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address or recipient unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
